Lancaster Christian Early Learning Center is looking to hire joyful, experienced, and loving teachers for our Murfreesboro and Smyrna locations. We are looking for individuals who have experience in caring for children ages 6 weeks-4 years.

We are a Christian ministry, so we are looking for mature women who love the Lord and are excited about teaching and caring for young children! Faithful attendance to a local church and a strong relationship with the Lord is required.

**This position will be comprised of three (3) twelve hour shifts per week.

We are looking for specific individuals who meet these criteria:

- strong relationship with the Lord

- experience in childcare environments

- strong work ethic

- capable of creating community amongst the staff

- sincere love for children

- familiar with or willing to learn department of education regulations

- joyful

- leadership experience

- reliable and consistent attendance to work each week

Duties include but are not limited to: teaching children alongside other team members, overseeing curriculum, building relationships with parents, upkeep of room and materials, attendance at staff gatherings.
