Job Summary

Electrical Engineer – Wilsonville, OR

Contract position: 6 months

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer that will participate in the conceptualization, development, and documentation of new and improved 3D printing systems.

Applicants should have a sound intuitive understanding of the physical world, experience designing complex electromechanical products, strong academic and work references, and excellent communication skills.

The scope of the work would involve modifications to a prototype printer after it goes through a regulatory compliance/safety review.

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years of relative experience, including hands-on manufacturing support
• CAD experience with SolidWorks 2016
• Working knowledge overload fuses/breakers and sensors/wiring
• Above average PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with 3D products or similar industry products preferred
• Proven self-starter, good interpersonal and time management skills, and ability to work in a team environment with minimal direction
