Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ongoing on-boarding, off-boarding, risk review, and supplier efforts for the IT category

· Facilitating Procurement processes and Supplier Relationship Management related to IT Categories

· Reviewing and negotiating contracts to include hardware and software contracts

· Collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers and vendors

· Be the Subject Matter Expert in 3rd party risk & on-boarding/off-boarding 3rdparty IT vendors/ suppliers

· Leads ongoing discussions between 3rd party suppliers/vendors and internal business units and teams.

• Successfully navigates organizational systems, workflows, and processes to ensure timely tracking and movement of supplier/vendor on-boarding, off-boarding, and risk review activities.
• Ensures continuous utilization and standardization of corporate policies and procedures centered on supplier management and supplier rationalization.
• Maintain solid understand third-party supplier/vendor scope of services, contacts, and specialty teams.

· Maintaining IT contracts using tools and processes and providing proactive recommendations to stakeholders. Proactively reviews existing contract details (i.e., upcoming termination dates, service levels, legal entity ownership, etc.) and makes recommendations for renegotiated terms.

• Provides support to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provides support, and maintenance for Procurement system(s) to include implementation of new systems, training and assisting users, improving and maintaining data, and supplier profile maintenance
• Conducts supplier reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or seven or more years of professional experience in Procurement or related field
• 3+ years of experience in information technology supplier/vendor management.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred; Experience managing electronic medical record or practice management system software vendors is a plus
• Experience using ServiceNow is preferred.
• Positive attitude and aptitude toward continuous learning
• Excellent verbal, written, collaborative, and proactive communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated style to drive Procurement best practices in processes.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour
