Engineering Technician
Location: East Hartford, CT
Contract Duration: 24 months EST.
$27.50/hr.

Seeking a technician that can help support engineers in a large development group in several areas.

• Examples of work scope would be metallography, running equipment and tests, operating visible light microscopes, scanning electron microscopes,
• documenting work done in MS word or PowerPoint reports.
• The ability and willingness to learn materials specific information (microstructures) and new skills a plus.

Education & Experience: Material Process Technician

• Applicant must have a minimum of a 2-year technical/science degree or equivalent certificate program.
• 2+ years' experience
