Triad Financial Services is looking for a Entry Level Data Entry Specialist. In this role you will be trained and work with the Senior Portfolio Manager in maintaining a portfolio that contains lines of credit for retailers to purchase manufactured home inventory. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented team member.

You do not need a college degree or finance background to succeed in this role. This is a great opportunity to learn about the manufactured home industry with a company that offers plenty of room for advancement, health insurance benefits, 401K match program, the opportunity to earn 15 days of paid time off within the first year along with 7 paid holidays! It is a Monday through Friday position from 8:30am to 5:00 pm.

In this role you will learn and perform the following tasks:

• Develop a thorough understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures relative to lines of credit.
• Daily maintenance of credit lines:
  • Review & decision order requests
  • Follow up on current inventory both sold & display
  • Follow up for payoffs, monthly interest & curtailments
  • Review inventory audit reports daily for needed action
• Foster relationships with the manufacturers/plants

  Quick learn of the proprietary computer system used to manage the accounts.
• Preparation or review ability of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products.
• Good organizational, clerical, numeric, oral and written language skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
