During your Advisor-in-Training 2-year program, you will:

· Be introduced to the “real world” of financial planning without the pressure of generating new business

· Learn to build client relationships founded on fiduciary advice

· Be the lead in client meetings that implement our client plans

· Focus on your personal development as a financial advisor through hands-on training with our Advice team

· Learn how to solve for an appropriate and customized asset allocation with a client

· Obtain Series 65 registration and all the necessary exams to be ready to sit for your CFP® designation

· Once program is completed, you will start receiving your own clients and have obtained a skill level of an advisor with 10 years’ experience

You:

• 4-year college degree
• Polished verbal and interpersonal skills
• Extraordinary work ethic

· Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement

· Financial industry experience NOT required!
