The customer service/graphic design representative position is responsible for supporting all aspects of production and file preparation including graphic design, communicating proofs to customers, quoting, and output to digital print devices.

Responsibilities & qualifications include:

• Customer-oriented, professional communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced professional environment
• Working knowledge of Adobe: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat; Quite Imposing, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Output files to color and black & white digital devices
• Ability to work within our busy production schedule to meet or exceed deadlines
