Right now, we are looking for entry level marketing representatives/outside lead generators. Training will be provided so no prior experience is required. If you work hard and are able to handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you - Career Growth!

Your responsibilities:

• Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential locations from January to April. Working hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm.
• Make a short introduction with the potential residential customers/ homeowners and ask to see whether they would be interested in getting a free lawn care estimate from us.
• If the customer says “Yes” and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for the quote, that is considered as a lead! No selling is involved and the customers do not have to pay for anything at the door.
• If you are interested in working with us as a lawn care technician (apply products to the customers’ lawns), you can stay and work from April to December to make this a full time position. Working hours: 6:30am to around 4:30pm.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work full-time, 8 hours per day between Monday and Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, or at least 3 days per week between Monday and Friday.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
• Must be physically fit since you would be walking and working in various weather condition for a long period of time.
• Not mandatory but having a driver license would be an asset
