Job Description :

  • Maintain the Investor Relations calendar, which includes scheduling investor/analyst calls, earnings conference calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and other events.
  • Coordinate logistics for annual shareholder meeting and investor meetings hosted virtually or at corporate headquarters.
  • Update and maintain the database for institutional investor and financial analyst interactions.
  • Manage Investor Relations inbox, including handling routine shareholder inquiries and using discretion to direct to executive staff, as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for non-deal roadshows and investor conferences.
  • Set up Earnings Webcasts and Conference Calls.
  • Maintain and update Investor Relations website.
  • Maintain communication with NYSE and SEC representatives.
  • Create stock grants and track all company vesting.
  • Communicate with brokerage firms and security transfer agents to execute employee stock transfers.
  • Support the development and communication of the company’s quarterly earnings materials, including but not limited to press releases, earnings call scripts, Q&As, slide deck presentations and other disclosure materials.
  • Support the creation of the Investor Relations presentations for the CEO.
  • Provide administrative support to C-level executives.
  • Provide departmental administrative support to mid-management team.
  • Extensive calendar management and complex meeting coordination including in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate travel, including securing hotels, flights, ground travel and itineraries for executives and board of directors.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Plan and host large team offsite and onsite events & activities.
  • Other activities as assigned.
