Job Description :

ExecuSource has partnered with a large health system in the Atlanta area and we are assisting them on a search for an Executive Assistant to the CEO at their campus in Canton. This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity and we are actively setting up interviews this week and next!

Position Description:
  • Primary point of contact for internal and external employees/customers on all matters pertaining to the executive office.
  • Handles all communication between the executive office and internal departments.
  • Draft all communication for the organization to employees, patients, and the community.
  • Acts as a "gate-keeper" by managing the CEO's calendars. This includes managing critical items, setting up meetings and making schedule changes with minimal involvement.
  • Manage both large and small scale events - internal or offsite.
  • Manage the Physician recruitment process for the hospital, including sourcing resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling.
  • Expense management
Position Requirements:
Required skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency and the ability to learn new software/systems
  • 3+ years experience in an EA role directly reporting to senior leadership
  • Some college coursework related to business administration
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple, concurrent projects
  • Clear, direct, and respectful communication style
Preferred skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous healthcare or hospital experience
  • Familiar with Cherokee County
