Job Description :

JOB SUMMARY: Position is responsible for performing a variety of executive administrative duties and conducts projects and assignments in support of the President and CEO. Position is also responsible for Board level administrative support duties such as filings with the Federal and State government agencies, planning, preparing and organizing Board meetings, transcribing Board meeting minutes, managing corporate files, and providing services to the Holding company on a specified basis.

,ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Demonstrates quality customer service principles with internal and external customers consistently.
  • Organizes and assists in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings for the CEO.
  • Performs specialized and confidential administrative duties, including research of data, composition of standard correspondence, responding to standard letters, and preparation of reports for the CEO.
  • Acts as first point of contact for the CEO’s office, receiving phone calls and visitors; directing them to the proper person; and responding to all calls or with visitors directly.
  • Sorts through, evaluates importance of and routes incoming mail for the CEO. Also assembles related information, which may be required for an appropriate response.
  • Handles all travel, including complete accommodation and transportation arrangements, corresponding to personal specifications and relevant itineraries.
  • Works with all the business units to ensure support and follow through on all business-related projects for the CEO is handled and completed in an efficient manner.
  • Plans, manages and coordinates meetings for the Board of Directors’ monthly and annual meetings.
  • Coordinates and assembles agendas, reports and materials for Board of Directors’ monthly and annual meetings.
  • Transcribes Board meeting minutes into proper format and formalizes the meeting minutes in complete and efficient manner maintaining proper records.
  • Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports, meeting minutes and other records.
  • Manages and maintains records of the holding company stock certificates.
  • Responsible for shareholder relations, communicating with Board members and coordinating shareholder lists and registrations.
  • Receives, handles and responds to incoming mail for the holding company or the Bank, which may require an appropriate response.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,000.00 - $89,500.00 per year
