Our firm completes bookkeeping for many companies. As a Bookkeeper, you will perform various tasks including recording monthly transactions, performing reconciliations, and communicating any questions about the transactions with the client. You will need to be able to do adjusting entries for the year end as well as review the Profit and Loss and the Balance sheet to verify the accuracy of the reports. Ultimately, you should be able to handle the completion of recurring and non-recurring tasks & projects and deliver high-quality work under limited supervision for each of your assigned clients. Having Quickbooks experience is a must.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Bookkeeping

• Input and reconcile monthly entries
• Record journal entries as needed
• Communicate questions and concerns with the client

Requirements & Competencies

• Must be motivated to learn & develop skills
• 4 plus years experience with bookkeeping
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients
• Strong skills in processing new information and asking clarifying questions
• Strong sense of personal responsibility & time management skills
