Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our growing team. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, punctual and reliable. Must be BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English)

Key Responsibilities: 1+ year Experience

• Proficient knowledge and experienced handling cases before EOIR such as; Asylum, 42B, 42A, Motions, eservice, and Adjustment of status.
• Calendaring, filing applications, and knowledge of EOIR court system.
• Must have experience with USCIS Applications:
• Family-based petitions
• Waivers

Requirements:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills (Spanish/English)
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent customer service and documentation skills
• Excellent listening and phone skills
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
