We strive to protect our clients and keep them up to date with modern technologies with logical and reasoned consulting. We are looking for a highly skilled IT technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing on-site support as well as remote support to clients. This role will require the candidate to travel to client sites as needed, with some remote work also required. This role will focus on two primary clients with the objective of visiting them for a few hours a day followed by either other client's or working from home or the office as needed. Our work environment includes: * Work-from-home days * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment * Casual work attire * Relaxed atmosphere Key Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote support to clients * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues * Install, configure and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks * Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Keep accurate records of client interactions and issues * Travel to client sites as needed * Work with remote team members to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in an IT support role * Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems * Understanding of TCP/IP Networks * Understanding of Office 365 cloud and desktop apps * Experience with network/computer troubleshooting and support * Strong customer service skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer a competitive wage, benefits package, and the opportunity for growth within our company.
