Growing Fairfield County based Wholesale/Ecommerce Skincare Company seeks a finance/sales assistant. This is a hybrid position and candidates are required to be in the office several times a week. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Process Daily Cash
• Set-up new customers
• Manage tax exemption forms/resale certificates
• Process claims, credit memos, returns
• Send invoices/customer statements
• Assist Controller with AP Duties
• Manage Bank Register
• Assist Monthly Close

Sales:

• Calculate monthly commissions
• Enter orders
• Assist VP of Sales with paperwork and shipping samples

Requirements

The skills, experience and knowledge required for this position include:

• 4-year degree
• Strong organizational, communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Discretion with sensitive information is essential
• Experience in junior accounting or finance role required (2 years minimum)
• Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software (NetSuite preferred)

Competitive compensation package includes base salary, health insurance, paid vacation and 401K.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
