If you have 3+ years of F&I manager experience, excellent numbers, and a strong focus on compliance and process we want to talk to you!

Finance Director Responsibilities

• Secure the sale of the vehicle.
• Manage, train, and motivate the F&I team
• Maintain (or exceed!) minimum acceptable standards regarding the sale of F&I products and financing. These standards are defined by both income levels as well as penetration levels
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several lending sources
• Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on finance deals
• Finalize all paperwork accurately and submit it in a timely manner to the accounting department.
• Understand manufacturer’s programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer certifications
• Assist in any customer claims on any of the F&I products and follow up to ensure that the claim is resolved
• Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department forecasting. Use the forecast to establish monthly and quarterly objectives

Finance Director Qualifications

• Finance Director experience preferred but not necessary
• Must have CDK experience
• Finance Manager with 3 or more years of experience encouraged to apply
• An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
• Confident in the ability to work under pressure and prioritize

Total Comp Range: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
