Position: Financial Analyst

Availability: Full-time; Monday-Friday; < 10% travel

Compensation: Salaried, based on skill set, education and years of experience

The Financial Analyst position will work closely with the Vice President, Senior Management, and organizational teams to collect, monitor, analyze and study data to anticipate outcomes, support decisions and provide recommended guidance.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible for creation, distribution, and publishing of internal and external financial results of the Company in a timely manner
• Create and analyze monthly operational reports including: customer sales, product line, profitability analysis, spend analysis and maintenance of branch level KPI scorecards.
• Other ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Potential ad hoc analysis work associated with new acquisitions.
• Financial modeling including working with business segments to develop functional expense line level budgets
• Payback and return analysis creation for new CAPEX requests
• Interacts regularly with operational branch personnel and serves a vital role in translating financial results to operational drivers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance 3-5 years of experience
• Manufacturing or service industry related experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including advanced excel
• Observant and detail oriented; ability to analyze data and take initiative to get the job done
• Prioritization Skills: will need to be able to manage workload coupled with the desire and motivation to spearhead different projects or group initiatives in both a team and individual setting
• Demonstrate a ‘hit the ground running’ mentality; self-driven and can function with limited supervision
• Demonstrate a strong, upbeat personality – leadership mentality, assertive, with a sense of urgency
• Innovation and resourcefulness are essential: this person will move with the times and embrace change
• Excellent communication skills: must be able to easily convey messages both telephonically and electronically
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
