AmericInn by Wyndham in Sauk Centre, MN is actively seeking a reliable full-time Front Desk Representative to ensure our guests are welcomed and taken care of from the start. Front Desk- Guest Service Agent is responsible for assuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service, checking guests into and out of hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries; maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, guest service and maintenance issues; laundry and light cleaning duties. Must positively represent and promote the property. The position available would be Part Time 3-11 shifts including some weekends; working 2-3 shifts per week; we offer a flexible schedule.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality. You enter reservation information into our hotel booking system and warmly check guests in or out when the time comes. At times, you process same-day reservations and cancellations. You work to assure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance, you schedule or report any requests as needed. Leveraging your customer service skills, you accommodate special requests by guests and managers whenever possible.

You are available to our guests at all times, whether during the morning, evening, or night shift. You take charge of helping clients, complete daily cleaning checklists, follow all safety procedures, and properly perform night audits. You enjoy meeting guests, and helping them have the best experience possible at our hotel gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
