FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT

Allied Physical Therapy is looking for an enthusiastic and capable front office assistant. Our staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest quality customer service and care of our patients. We are seeking someone who can join our team in providing this excellent care for our patients in a front office setting.

Duties include greeting patients, correctly entering and processing patient information, scheduling patients, answering phones, correctly tracking patient and insurance payments, and other various front desk responsibilities.

Previous customer service experience is very helpful. Knowledge of or certification with insurance billing would be an especially helpful skill, but is not required.

Hours for this position would be between 30-35 hours per week. Applicants would be expected to help with opening hours beginning at 7:00 am and closing hours, ending at 6 pm. A specific schedule is to be determined.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
