Responsible for assisting in the implementation and development of department policies. Promptly and fully investigates and responds to complaints.

Must have the ability to conference calls, transfer calls, park calls, place customers on hold and periodically let them know we are still here.

Assists the physician and office staff with selected duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, lab, x-ray and medical records.
