The Seibert Equity Cooperative Association, located in Seibert, Colorado, is searching for a Grain Operations Supervisor. Candidates considered for this position must possess a strong background in the operations of the grain facilities including the receiving, conditioning, storing, blending, and loading out grain. This person will provide supervision and direction to employees to assure efficient operations, a safe work environment, desired financial results, and superior customer service.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 3 years of grain industry experience is required
• Solid understanding of business practices, grain elevator operation, and grain elevator maintenance required
• Strong background in agriculture preferred
• Strong organizational and communications skills
• Prioritizes the level of service provided to our customers
• Understands and promotes the benefits of a Cooperative
