GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are SynergyLabs, a rapidly growing pet product manufacturer headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and are looking for a multidimensional Graphic Designer with consumer goods experience to join our growing team. You will have an impact in creating pieces for websites, social media posts, ads, marketplace product listings, product displays and other corporate assets as needed.

The pet care industry has exploded with more than 70% of US households owning a pet. The increase in pet ownership coupled with a need for high-quality products, has SynergyLabs well-positioned for whatever the future holds.

Our bestselling brands can be found on store shelves from Walmart, Target, and Tractor Supply to Amazon, Chewy.com and many others. We are focused on nailing the omnichannel experience by meeting consumers where they are – driving to retail or supporting our ecommerce partners.

Responsibilities

The candidate will use their skill and creativity to support our marketing department in a variety of ways including but not limited to:

• Infographics that help to tell a story for our digital business channels
• Creating engaging concepts that help connect consumers with our brands
• Creating or editing printed and POS materials such as brochures, catalogs, displays and ads
• Creating or editing images and photos in Photoshop
• Creating or editing engaging video content to support our products listings and social presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Must have at least 5+ years’ experience and be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Creative Cloud.
• Excellent creative, writing and editing skills
• Experience with developing graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative materials for web, social, and other digital platforms
• Respecting deadlines, ability to adapt to changes in priority with a smile and prioritizing work is critical.
• Strong professional and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to continuous change.
• Ability to self-direct and self-start with exemplary planning and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
