Job Summary: Blanks/USA is a 35 year old specialty converter and producer of print media sold nationally to printers, designers, end users and paper merchants. We seek a leader with experience in dry toner digital print production and graphic design. Candidate should enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks. A candidate should be a self-starter, very detail oriented and can work well to collaborate and communicate with others. This person can manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs and demands. This is a position with very little supervision and requires reliability.

Typical Physical Demands: Using a Ricoh 7110 printer and loading up to 35 pounds of print media. Sitting or standing operating a Mac computer key board daily.

Typical Work Conditions: Work is performed in an air conditioned office and warehouse environment. Employee interacts daily with co-workers and third party vendors to accomplish a variety of tasks. Noise in workspace is quiet.

Essential Job Functions:

• Functionally organized to manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Operate Ricoh 7110 approximately 20-30% of time
• Customer interaction with call in questions in order to help troubleshoot print issues and template guidance for working with Blanks USA products

Other Job Functions:

• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Experience with Big Commerce web-site technology is a bonus
• Email marketing mechanics a bonus
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years minimum of related experience in digital print production and graphic design
• Deadline/detail oriented
• Ability to create with direction and alternatively minimal direction
• Ability to organize work, set priorities and make productive use of time
• Neat, clean, businesslike appearance
• Ability to talk with others by telephone, in a patient, pleasant and cooperative manner, using standard, grammatically correct American English
• Ability to follow direction in practices and procedures
• Able to work cooperatively and with a positive manner with other employees

Other Job Qualifications:

• Ability to understand the capabilities of relevant digital print equipment
