The Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator will assist in the overall marketing of PCI and TA. A Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator assists the marketing department in providing quality materials in support of sales goals and efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting the marketing efforts for the PCI and Tallulah Adventures brands and any products or services that fall under those brands
• Assist in the creation of sales and training tools
• Develop graphics for use in digital and print advertising, digital media
• Create content for and manage all branded social media channels
• Create content for email campaigns and newsletters
• Assist in coordinating events and travel arrangements
• Assist in creating web content and videos
• Assist in organizing photo and video shoots
• Assist in adding new products to
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
• Enter leads and customer information into Salesforce (CMS)
• Seek and work with independent contractors as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, and/or another relevant field
• Experience with Adobe Programs: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Other Adobe experience a plus.
• Video editing experience a plus
• Extensive knowledge of social media, trends, and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience with Salesforce or another CMS a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in-person, as well as over phone, Zoom, and email
• Ability to work well with others on a single project
• Driven, hard-working, and self-motivated
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
