We are looking for a graphic designer to join our graphics/marketing team, made up of collegial and appreciated members. We serve our internal real estate agents/clients in creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media such as property offerings, post cards, social media posts, agent promotional pieces, and an agent’s personal branding. While we have hundreds of templates to be inspired by, we are looking for someone with a creative orientation who can keep things looking fresh, new, and appealing, and that are in line with each agent's desired look. Engaging with our agent/client, hearing their input on ideas and then translating that into a deliverable (including printing, cutting, scoring/folding) is our goal. You MUST have superior attention to detail, have the ability to self-proof and be meticulous in your production and communication abilities. All, while having an ability to self-manage (i.e., work independently), meet turn-around times and manage priorities. A friendly and can-do demeanor is also very important. Responsibilities

• Be client focused.
• Self-starter and able to prioritize based on timelines.
• Develop graphic layouts, logos and other designs.
• Utilize appropriate colors and graphics for each layout.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics/layouts are accurate, visually appealing and on-brand.

Skills

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Experienced with design software and technologies including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with other software and technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, Constant Contact, Mailchimp and Canva.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills i.e., never leaving the client hanging.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
