Strong understanding of a variety of technical concepts such as: Application development, networking, systems administration, and information security practices

Strong technical writing skills and the ability to provide examples of previous writing, such as white papers, case studies, or other technical marketing

Good typing skills (at least 40wpm). 2 years customer service experience, healthcare industry experience a plus. Physically capable of multiple 30-pound lifts.

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
