We are currently hiring a Group Home Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities of a Group Home Assistant Manager:

• Training and supervising staff
• Assisting in assessments and medical appointments.

• Shares on-call responsibilities with the group home Manager and provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of manager.

Job Requirements:

• An Associate's degree
• A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
• Experience working as a supervisor preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental and related disabilities

• Strong organizational and communication skills, have a responsible attitude and be reliable.
• The ability to assist with client care and transportation is required.

Position Details:
Hours Per Work Week: 40

Weekly Work Schedule: Sun. 9 am-5 pm; Mon. - Thurs. 2 pm - 10 pm

NJID has full time, part time, and per diem direct support opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
