Potter’s Property Solutions provides property preservation services for commercial and residential assets throughout Mississippi. Potter’s provides a full range of preservation services necessary to secure properties, immediately correct and remediate dangerous or hazardous situations, and to maintain properties until successful disposition of the property is complete. Potter's Property Solutions is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders throughout Mississippi.You must have experience in property preservation with Single Source, Five Brothers or other national preservation companies.

What You'll Do

90% of what you’ll complete as a preservation subcontractor is as follows:
· Lawn maintenance
· Board Ups
· Securing and Re-securing
· Interior and Exterior Inspections
· Roof tarping
· Minor roof repairs
· Debris Removal
· Painting
· Mold Remediation
· Minor Electrical
· Minor Plumbing

What You'll Need

-minimum of 3 years experience performing typical “handyman” responsibilities

-able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check at your own expense of $60.

-valid drivers license with auto insurance

-general liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred)

-must be able to use Property Preservation Wizard--PPW (or willing to learn)

-must be able to utilize email

-must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently, and with minimal

supervision

-must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6

-80% of work orders include lock changes, trash outs, maid services, initial

cleaning, board-ups etc.
