CI HEALTH-SYSTEMS ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITES

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core health information applications, including EHR application servers, endpoints, and databases •
• Meet and coordinate with system stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize workflows through requirements specifications, diagrams, system flowcharts and testing plans
• Implement workflow changes and upgrades to health information systems to meet the health center’s needs •
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements • Manage the set-up and configuration of health IT systems •
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process •
• Documentation of all processes and workflows •
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors •
• Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance •
• Design training curriculum and assist in training new hires and existing users in new workflows •
• Assist with CI helpdesk support as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
