SunPlus Data Group is seeking a Help Desk to work for a State Government facility in Madison, WI.

This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend

Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week

Pay is $18/hr W2 hourly or $20/hr 1099 (CTC)

It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, to inform you of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.

Job Summary:

The State of WI is seeking a Help Desk with documented experience. The Help Desk will include a primary support function associated with service desk functionality and will have key responsibilities associate with development of support and training materials to be used to provide direct training to staff both one-on-one situations, and in group environments.
