Reviewing AP invoices / checks to include: Vendor name, vendor address, posting date, description, amount of check, approved amount and amount of invoice,

Ability to travel periodically to remote field operations. Provide both proactive and requested support to field staff on safety & compliance technology.

Maintains visitor schedule, conference room usage, prepares agenda, and maintains lobby and initial appearances for visitors.

Lead the ideation and development of innovative and differentiating technical and engineering solutions that support the agencys strategy.

Lastly, duties also include preserving order and acting to enforce regulations / directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
