We offer upscale interior / exterior design, installation, and maintenance, plus holiday design services to high-end commercial clients. We have a unique niche market in Downtown Boston that distinguishes us from traditional landscape companies. We specialize in colorful, seasonal plantings in oversized planters, plus pop-up gardens, parks, courtyards and rooftops.

Our crew meets daily at our conveniently located office on route 1A in Walpole.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive at 6:15am at Walpole office
• Load / secure equipment and materials in vehicles.
• Work independently and with a team
• Follow systems
• Keep job site organized and clean
• Enter all necessary account notes into apps
• Track labor hours in phone app
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promoting company image
• Follow & execute job work orders per Crew Leader
• Complete work within scheduled time
• Perform exterior maintenance
• Identify pests and other plant issues
• Troubleshoot issues in field & report to manager
• Keep trucks organized and clean
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ throughout the day
• Ability to work safely on ladders
• Weekly maintenance of interior plants as needed
• Keep yard and storage areas neat
• Learn all aspects of the accounts
• Unload / load end of day for next day
• Learn plant names
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays due to weather
• Maintain plants at shop
• Help change out interior flowering plants
• Inventory materials / supplies
• Maintain proper working or of all tools and equipment

What we are looking for:

• Experienced driver (6+ years)
• Valid driver’s license & Clean driving recordDriving record release form required
• Lives within 30 minutes of Walpole,MA
• Energetic, self-starters that like to “stay busy”
• Container planting, seasonal color / enhancements
• Professional Demeanor
• Horticultural experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• High-end Client base experience is a plus
• Landscaping/gardening experience
• Looking for career growth
• Someone who is organized and can follow systems
• Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
