We are currently looking for Colorado Springs Nurse Practitioners to join our Team!

Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30A-5P

Service Area(s) – Colorado Springs

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications:

• Master’s degree Required
• Licensure in the state of Colorado
• Bilingual preferred

Required Experience:

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float position

• Training in hospice, palliative care and pain and symptom management, CHPN certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year working in a health care environment, prefer hospice and palliative care experience
• Training in HIPAA, Infection Control, safety, personal care, and documentation
• Experience working with seniors and individuals of all ages
• Dynamic, positive individual with outstanding customer service skills and resourceful problem-solving skills.
