Forklift certified or become certified within 120 days of hire ( we provide training and certification). Minimum 1 to 2 years Class C truck driving experience.

Must be willing to sign and complete a board approved practice agreement with each NP/PA they will be supervising (all NP/PAs are not prescribing or treating).
