DESCRIPTION

We are seeking individuals to join our team to provide support to the guests in our program. We have both part time and/or full time House Assistants. Shifts include evening (2/4 PM to 10 PM) or daytime (6 AM to 2 PM). Shifts will be during the week with rotating weekends and holidays. These newly created FT & PT Positions will be under the supervision of the Residential House Manager to perform the following duties:

• Provide quality customer service to our guests, volunteers and donors.
• Assist guests with meeting their needs: providing them phone messages, mail and support.
• Monitor guests to make sure they are following their programs and completely their daily chores.
• Assist with transporting guests as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum age of 18 years.
High School diploma or GED Certification
Ability to lift up to #50 with assistance
Driver's license
Outstanding personal hygiene.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to guests, staff and volunteers.

Attend work on a regular basis and be punctual for shifts.
