FT/PT Status: Full-Time
Shift: Day (Monday – Friday)
Hourly Rate: $18-$20

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer service to employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
- Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions for multiple locations within the company
- Complete hiring process which includes verifying the candidates background check, drug test and motor vehicle records are acceptable for hire
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure I-9, W-4 documentations and E-Verify are compliant.
- Facilitate new hire orientation on a weekly basis
- Supports HR Director and Sr. HR Associate with other assigned duties such as LinkedIn Learning development plan, Benefit Distribution and Employee Separations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience with a customer service or human resources field
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Highly detail oriented and ability to use good judgement
- Demonstrates ability to provide excellent customer service and professionalism
- Able to work a flexible schedule, depending on the needs of the business
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with MS Office – specifically Excel and Outlook
- Position is contingent upon a successful background check, an acceptable motor vehicle records check and ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.
