Job Description :

Under the direction of the Administrator:
  • Conducts all duties related to human resources as assigned by the Administrator, including but not limited to: recruiting, hiring, orientating, onboarding, training, scheduling, and counseling employees
  • Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels, comprised of the highest quality team members

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in human resources or work-related experience preferred
  • Must possess outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
