Responsibilities:
1. Formulate the overall strategic planning of hotel human resources;
2. Responsible for drafting the system of various modules of human resources and optimizing the workflow of human resources;
3. Be responsible for leading and implementing recruitment, training, employee relations, salary performance and other work;
4. Regularly analyze human resources data and submit hotel human resources analysis report;
5. Complete the work tasks temporarily assigned by the superior leaders.
Job requirements:
1. More than three years of personnel management experience, experience in star hotels is preferred;
2. Be familiar with the processes of human resources modules and various labor and personnel regulations in the United States;
3. Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
