What will you be doing?

• Providing support & guidance to management for issues that arise.
• Educate team members on company benefits & retirement.
• Enforce compliance with company policy & procedures.
• Complete risk analysis to minimize company liability.
• Manage the company’s workers’ compensation program(s).

What skills you bring to the table

• Proven foundation in HR management.
• Excellent understanding of federal & state Legislation.
• The ability to work under pressure with shifting deadlines.
• Great experience with Worker’s Compensation laws & procedures.

What your background looks like

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• An equivalent amount of education & experience may be substituted
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 1+ year of transportation experience preferred.

Pay

• $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
• Potential for performance-based bonus.
