Job Description :

Islandaire is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our growing Sales team. This person would contribute to company growth and profitability by managing customer accounts in an assigned geographic territory. This person would also be responsible for new accounts and growing the assigned territory.

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will:

Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including major accounts, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our various products.

Develop new accounts through networking, trade shows, and territory canvassing.

Meet assigned sales volume and specific objectives related to the assigned territory.

Communicate relevant customer needs to the Sales Management team.

Maintain the company's CRM database records of all customer activities.

Present a professional image at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

A Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Prior HVAC sales or HVAC technical experience a must.

Professional demeanor.

Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

Problem solving and analytical ability.

Team player who works productively with wide range of people.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Able to multi-task.

Ability to travel in assigned territory.

Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and growing sales in assigned territory.

This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, health benefits, and 401K. Resumes should include work experience, educational background and salary expectations.
