We’re looking for an exceptional HVAC Sells Technician to deliver the highest quality customer experience in residential HVAC repair and sells. You will diagnose, sell, and repair heating and cooling systems. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. We are committed to treating customers with the best service we can provide. You will have goals and all bonuses are performance based. We will teach you a tested and proven way of creating alternative solutions that a customer can choose from.

HVAC Sells Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment issues
• Listen to customers to determine their needs and be confident to discuss all solution methods and products available.
• Knows how to acknowledge the needs of the home and is strong at suggesting and closing sells quotes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity of existing equipment.
