Basement Waterproofing of Michigan is growing! We are seeking In-home Sales Inspectors with immediate availability! We offer four (4) weeks of paid training and then a weekly draw for your first six weeks, which will allow you to learn and grow with us.

This is an amazing opportunity for self-starters, entrepreneurs and salespeople across the spectrum. We need Inspectors/Sales Consultants who can sell our unique basement waterproofing system … the time is now to earn a great income!

We have IMMEDIATE openings for professional and knowledgeable people who have previously worked in direct-to-homeowner/consumer sales. Our ideal candidates will come from a background rich in sales and/or have previous experience in the basement waterproofing, residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection or home improvement industries. Some construction experience is preferred, but not required.

Our company provides the leads (customers contact us for appointments) however, any self-generated leads you bring in will pay an even greater commission.

Our Inspectors/Salespeople must also have strong listening, follow-up and closing skills, and be able to speak both professionally using technical terminology as well as be able to communicate in “layman’s English” to a homeowner. Proficiency in working with computer software and detail, with the focus on team dynamics, is particularly important. This individual must have strong ethics, high integrity and be committed to putting the homeowner first.

Additionally, our candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be fluent in English with the ability to converse professionally with customers.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to and from appointments
• Be able to monitor and keep to a daily calendar of appointments.

We will provide training to the most qualified individual(s). Our Inspectors are required to form a company and must be able to obtain liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance (if necessary). This is an opportunity to make $65,000.00 per year (to start), based on existing skills and previous experience.
