Our Inbound Customer Call Representative is responsible for handling incoming missed calls from clients, gathering the client’s information, and then forwarding the information to our sales team.

Sunday through Thursday Schedule.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

•In this position your job will entail working In-office handling inbound customer calls.

• Manage incoming calls, gather the client’s information, and email correspondence to the correct team.

•Follow up with sales leads that have been passed on to the sales team.

•Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and looking to advance as a sales contributor.

•Assess each customer and their needs to offer the best value.

•Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• For this role, you are highly focused on customer service.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Great active listening skills.

• Aptitude and ability to learn proprietary CRM system is required.

• Ability to handle information professionally and discreetly.

• Proficiency in the use of computer and MS Office Word and Excel, Web Browser.

• Phone skills with multi-line preferred.

Education

High school diploma or higher (Preferred)

Physical requirements/Working conditions

Primarily working in a basic office environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 15 lbs.

OTHER

Subject to Criminal background check and being able to get bonded by an acceptable surety company.
