Call Center Inbound/Outbound CSR

Position Summary

The CSR Provides effective and efficient customer service for internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage and answer heavy volume of incoming calls, direct to appropriate person

• Answer every call with a greeting, your name, and a positive tone

• Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction

• Provide knowledge of services and “quoted fees”

• Follow scripts to properly qualify each booked call – note all necessary information in job summary

• Create new work orders schedule and coordinate calls according to the company priority guidelines

• Update customer information in Service Titan during and after each call

• Schedule QR/Call Backs – When a customer requests to speak to a manger follow appropriate procedures, notify appropriate managers

• Outbound when no incoming calls, and to fill the schedule as needed

• Open/Close office – check and call back night service

• Work Order Check

• Performing other work-related duties as assigned

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
