Information Systems Analyst Job Expectations:

1. Assists with the troubleshooting, research, and resolution of system issues impacting the applications and its users.
2. Participates in on-boarding new employees.
3. Trains and demonstrates new functionality to internal staff and customers.
4. Assists system upgrades with the IS Team, operational leaders, end users, and vendors.
5. Creates documentation of system and business requirements and work flows.
6. Monitors problems/issue communications from the vendor and works with IS Department to develop contingency plans.
7. Performs regularly scheduled tasks to ensure the system is operating efficiently and optimally.
8. Assists with the planning and the development of user documentation and training materials for implementations.
9. Works with IS team and other departments to establish best practices for a technical solution and workflow processes.

What we need from you for this position:

• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge in the following technical disciplines: Systems analysis, Computer Programming Languages, Database Administration, Project Management and Structured Systems Design and Implementation
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License and active Automobile Insurance
