TITLE OF POSITION: Information Technology Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred. Minimum two years experience working in information technology. Must pass KBI, DCF child & adult abuse registry, motor vehicle screen, and background checks. Must have reliable and insured transportation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Working knowledge of database concepts and structures

2. SQL reporting experience (Crystal reporting preferred)

3. Strong communication skills with an emphasis in telephone etiquette

4. Detail oriented, ability to prioritize job duties

5. Good organizational skills

6. Patient and empathy when providing training and computer support

7. Positive attitude, with a willingness to undertake new tasks

NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK: Regular full-time position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and support SQL queries and reports

2. Develop and maintain electronic records systems

3. Produce reports, letters, and lists

4. Provide computer/software training to all employees

5. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or the Chief Executive Officer.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Non-Exempt

SALARY: Hourly Wage

SUPERVISED AND EVALUATED BY: Chief Information/Technology Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
