Ideally you will have B2B selling experience in the following industries: Institutional products, Medical, Uniform, Jan/San. Minimum 2 years experience required.

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Cold calling and targeting of potential customers and landing new accounts to meet all sales targets
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Inside Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

B2B Relations, B.A. or B.S deegree, Industry knowledge, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Account Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales. Knowledge of Safety Products, Janitorial products and Wholesale Distribution Sales a plus.
