In this position, your chief responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver online and instructor-led programs that meet our high quality educational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology, or related field of study required
• 1-3 years of instructional design or similar experience required; training facilitator experience preferred
• Experience designing and delivering courses that impact teamwork, interpersonal communication, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and growth of leadership skills
• Experience aligning learning strategies to desired business outcomes, succession, and bench-building by working closely with senior leadership of various departments
• Strong proficiency with industry standard design software (Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise) preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial instructional design preferred
• LMS experience preferred
• Certification in Crucial Learning courses (Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Influencer, GTD) preferred
