Summary

Our growing law firm is looking for an energetic Personal Injury Referral Coordinator/Legal Assistant to help drive our sales and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dependable and have excellent communication skills to increase referrals, enhance the company’s reputation and look for new and creative ways to market our services.

PI Referral Coordinator/Legal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and medical providers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
• Track referrals and lead sources.
• Work closely with the Intake team to implement growth strategies.
• Consult with prospective clients to establish rapport and coordinate business meetings.
• Responsible for new client onboarding.
• Monitor all potential new client inquiries. (email, internet, phone, and referrals)
• Ensure that all client retainer documents are accurate and complete.
• Organize files/scanned documents.
• Open claims and send letters of representation.
• Set up clients with medical treatment.
• Obtain medical records and bills .
• Other duties as assigned.

PI Referral Coordinator/Legal Assistant Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience as a referral coordinator, personal injury or workers compensation legal assistant, property damage adjuster or similar role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $47,840.00 per year
