We are currently seeking an Intelligence Analyst to assist with the following: research, analysis, identification, evaluation, and cataloging of potential intelligence and information sources supporting JIOWC and Joint Staff IO assessment, integration, creation and maintenance of communities of interest of intelligence professionals needed to support JIOWC operational requirements; development and tracking of JIOWC intelligence requirements; creation, review, and dissemination of IE focused joint intelligence products to support JIOWC mission requirements; creation, review, and dissemination of human influence support folders; and visually represent said projects using commercial computer software and applications.

Place of Performance: Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX

Period of Performance: Immediate through 30 Sep 2021

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Must possess a TS and with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
• Must have had SCI within the last 24 months

• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and expertise utilizing typical intelligence search tools, analytic tools, and dissemination tools and the ability to demonstrate various analytical methodologies to support analysis.

• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience with, demonstrated knowledge and understanding of, and expertise utilizing at least two (2) of the following intelligence automation applications:

(1) Think, Analyze, Connect (TAC)

(2) Collection Requirements Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE)

(3) Community On-Line Intelligence System for End-Users and Managers (COLISEUM)

(4) INTELINK

(5) I-SPACE

(6) CIA WIRe

(7) Open Source Center

(8) PALANTIR

• At least ten (10) years of experience utilizing Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES)/Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP), Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX), Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community (IC), and intelligence equipment capabilities and service manpower systems.

• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with the targeting cycle, Military Intelligence Database (MIDB), Computer Network Operations Database (CNODB), target audience analysis, and entity characteristics (reference: JP 3-60 and CJCSM 3370.01)

• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with the Information Operations Community, IC, DoD, and the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force including how each of the same views, supports, or conducts information environment analysis and integrates intelligence in support of information operations.

• At least ten (10) years of relevant technical writing and editorial support in intelligence production at the strategic level for DoD or the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) including an emphasis in product visualization options.

• At least twelve (12) years of relevant experience conducting all-source intelligence and assessments, and the demonstrated ability to analyze/characterize, assess, and describe changes in the information environment baseline OR at least ten (10) years of said experience and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in a relevant field of study such as intelligence studies or global security.

• Demonstrated staffing skills and strategic level writing experience and experience working in and interacting with high level organizations within the DOD such as Joint Staff, CCMDs, and other US Federal agencies.
